ACTION: Notice of Alaska Resource Advisory Council Meeting.

SUMMARY: The BLM Alaska Resource Advisory Council will meet Wednesday, 
November 3, 1999, from 9:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. and Thursday, November 
4, 1999, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. The council will review BLM land 
management issues and take public comment on those issues.
    The meeting will be held at the BLM Alaska State Office, located on 
the 4th floor of the Anchorage Federal Office Building at 7th and C 
Street. The entire meeting is open to the public with public comment 
taken from 1-2 p.m. Thursday, November 4. Written comments may be 
submitted at the meeting or mailed to the address below.
