AGENCY: Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

ACTION: Direct final rule; correction.

SUMMARY: This document corrects a notice appearing in the Federal 
Register on December 23, 1997 (62 FR 66977). This action is necessary 
to correct an erroneous Federal Register citation.
