Take notice that on December 24, 1997, Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Company (Williston Basin), 200 North Third Street, Suite 300, Bismarck, North Dakota 58501, tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheets to become effective December 24, 1997: Second Revised Volume No. 1 Ninth Revised Sheet No. 776 Twentieth Revised Sheet No. 831 Williston Basin states that the revised tariff sheets are being filed simply to update its Master Receipt/Delivery Point List. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest this filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
