SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster for the State of Louisiana, is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of September 23, 1998: Ascension, Assumption, and St. James Parishes for Individual Assistance (already designated for Public Assistance and Direct Federal assistance at 100 percent Federal funding for a 72-hour period beginning at 1800 hours September 27, 1998, and ending September 30, 1998 at 1800 hours.
