Sunshine Act Meeting

    Pursuant to the provisions of the Government in the Sunshine Act (5 
U.S.C. 552b), notice is hereby given of the following meeting of the 
Board of Directors of the Corporation for National and Community 
Service.

DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, February 24, 1998, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

PLACE: The meeting will be held at the Corporation for National and 
Community Service, 1201 New York Avenue NW, Room 8410, Washington, D.C.

STATUS: The meeting will be open.
