The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 24, 1998 (63 FR 39905). By letter of July 27, 1998, the petitioners, comprised of a company official and Local 1667 of the Boilermakers International Union, have requested that the reconsideration be withdrawn because there are no displaced workers at the Marion, Ohio plant.
