Companies; Correction

    This notice corrects a notice (FR Doc. 98-17945) published on page 
36692 of the issue for Tuesday, July 7, 1998.
    Under the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City heading, the entry 
for Marfa Bancshares, Inc., Marfa, Texas, and Marfa Delaware 
Bancshares, Inc., Wilmington, Delaware is revised to read as follows:
    A. Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas (W. Arthur Tribble, President) 
2200 North Pearl Street, Dallas, Texas 75201-2272:
    1. Marfa Bancshares, Inc., Marfa, Texas, and Marfa Delaware 
Bancshares, Inc., Wilmington, Delaware; to become bank holding 
companies by acquiring 100 percent of the voting shares of The Marfa 
National Bank, Marfa, Texas.
