Take notice that on October 2, 1998, Boston Edison Company (Boston Edison), tendered for filing a wholesale restructuring filing which includes fuel adjustment clause and stranded cost revisions to the wholesale contracts with Town of Braintree Electric Light Department under Rate Schedule FERC No. 179, Concord Municipal Light Department under Rate Schedule FERC No. 169, Reading Municipal Light Department under Rate Schedule FERC No. 168, and Town of Wellesley Municipal Light Department under Rate Schedule FERC No. 167. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 18 CFR 385.214). All such motions and protests should be filed on or before October 22, 1998.
