Take notice that on October 1, 1998, Florida Gas Transmission Company (FGT) tendered for filing a request for waiver of the November 2, 1998 [[Page 55106]] implementation date for Interruptible Bumping and the GISB Intraday Standards for approximately three months, until February 1, 1999. FGT states that copies of the filing have been served upon all customers and affected state regulatory commission. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
