Take notice that on October 1, 1998, Crossroads Pipeline Company (Crossroads) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, Third Revised Sheet No. 39, Fourth Revised Sheet No. 76, and Second Revised Sheet No. 76.1, to be effective August 1, 1998. Crossroads states that the purpose of this filing is to correct certain errors in the tariff sheet designations contained in the tariff sheets submitted for filing by Crossroads on September 14, 1998, to comply with the Commission's Order No 587-G, Standards for Business Practices of Interstate Natural Gas Pipelines, issued on April 16, 1998 in Docket No. RM96-1-007. Crossroads states that copies of the filing are being served on all affected customers, applicable state regulatory agencies and all parties to this proceeding. Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as provided in section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
