Military Service

If you have a problem concerning specialties, duty assignments, transfers, pay, medical treatment, recruitment or discharge, or obtaining medals or records, please fill out the form of authorization from the service member. In addition to a brief description of the problem, the letter should contain the service member's home of record address, duty station address, branch of service, and service number.

Due to congressional courtesy, I am only able to provide assistance to people residing in California's 13th District.
