Request a Flag

Flags that have been flown over the United States Capitol are available for purchase. You can have a flag flown for an individual, group, or institution and to commemorate a particular occasion (Birthday, Anniversary, Eagle Scout Ceremony, etc.). The flag will be accompanied by an authentication certificate stating that it was flown over the Capitol.

You can request a flag right here by filling in all the information in the form below and sending a check payable to Pete Stark Office Supply Account to 39300 Civic Center Drive, Suite 220, Fremont, CA 94538. You may also print out this form and mail it to me along with your payment.

Due to congressional courtesy, I can only provide these services to people who reside in California's 13th District.
