How is you community planning for the future? Through the Utah Pioneer Communities Program we assist communities with planning, visioning and project implementation processes.
We are a key player in promoting initiatives that provide a positive business environment . We are major funding partners for your regional Utah Small Business Development Center and Procurement Technical Assistance Center and are committed to helping these organizations bring their services to your businesses. Two programs we administer that impact rural Utah’s tax environment are the Utah Enterprise Zone Tax Credit Program and the Utah Recycling Market Development Tax Credit Program. We also provide staff support to the Governor’s Rural Partnership Board who's rural action agenda addresses issues impacting rural Utah’s entrepreneurial environment such as health insurance, capital formation and rural economic development clusters.
We are creating networking opportunities for entrepreneurs in your town. These networks bring businesses that are often isolated from their industry peers together to establish business relationships and pursue issues of common interest.
