The United Fugitive Apprehension Posse, Arrests Six During Area Fugitive Sweep
 
United Fugitive Apprehension Posse (UFAP) LogoOn November 27, 2007 members of the U.S. Marshals Service, West Virginia State Police, Martinsburg City Police and Sheperdstown Police departments targeted seven area fugitives resulting in six arrests.

Barbara Gross 53, of Burke Street was arrested on federal warrant charging Conspiracy to Distribute in excess of 50 Grams of Crack Cocaine and Distribution of Crack Cocaine.

Lindsay Wilhelm 20, was arrested on Railroad Drive in Martinsburg, WV on a federal warrant charging her with Distribution in Excess of 5 grams of Crack Cocaine and Distribution of Hydromorphone.

James Vanmetre 36, was arrested on West Virginia Ave in Martisnburg on a federal warrant charging him with Conspiracy to import more than 100 Kilograms of Marijuana and four other distribution counts.

Mark Rollyson 47, was arrested on Hedrick Ave in Martinsburg on a federal warrant charging him with Conspiracy to Distribute in Excess of 50 grams Crack Cocaine, Maintaining a Drug-Involved Premise and 10 other Distribution counts. While at Rollyson’s residence Marshals and Officers also located two other fugitives Janice Hughes of Nancy Jack Rd wanted by Berkeley County Sheriffs Office with 5 misdemeanor warrants, and William Haines 29, wanted by Boone County Sheriffs Office in Columbia Missouri. Haines was charged as a fugitive from justice and awaits extradition back to Missouri.

The United States Marshals Services United Fugitive Apprehension Posse (UFAP) Fugitive Task Force is made up of officers from the West Virginia State Police, Berkeley County Sheriffs Office, Martinsburg City Police, Shepherdstown City Police, Charles Town City Police, Harpers Ferry Police, Jefferson County Sheriffs Department and Ranson City Police Departments.
