OKONJI has been charged with one count of murder and one count of aggravated assault in
Clayton County, Georgia. OKONJI was wanted in connection with the shooting death of
Nathaniel Henry and aggravated assault of Abendigo Pope in Jonesboro Georgia in December
2006.

The Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force provided the U.S. Marshals in the Middle District
of Alabama with information that OKONJI was possibly in Tuskegee, Alabama. U.S. Marshals,
with the assistance of the Lee County Sheriffs Office and Macon County Sheriffs Office,
confirmed HILL was currently living in the Tuskegee, Alabama.

OKONJI was arrested without incident. OKONJI is currently being held in a local jail pending
extradition to Clayton County, Georgia.

In fiscal year 2005, the U.S. Marshals Service arrested more than 35,500 federal fugitive felons,
