There are no known restrictions on the use of original architectural drawings made by Paul Rudolph. However, privacy rights may apply, especially for drawings of residences.

Access: Permitted; subject to P&P policy on serving originals.

Reproduction (photocopying, hand-held camera copying, photoduplication and other forms of copying allowed by "fair use"): Permitted, subject to P&P policy on copying, which prohibits photocopying of the original drawings.

Publication and other forms of distribution: Paul Rudolph claimed the rights for all his architectural drawings, and dedicated those rights to the public when he gave his collection to the Library. However, privacy rights may apply, especially for drawings of residences.
