Ward Sutton's drawings are protected by copyright. Privacy and publicity rights may apply.

Access: Permitted; subject to P&P policy on serving originals.

Reproduction (photocopying, hand-held camera copying, photoduplication and other forms of copying allowed by "fair use"): Permitted, subject to P&P policy on copying, which prohibits photocopying of the original drawings.

Publication and other forms of distribution: Restricted. Mr. Sutton's drawings are protected by copyright. Works created after January 1, 1978 are protected for the creator's life plus 70 years. (See P&P Collection Files.) In addition, in providing drawings for the Library's collections, Mr. Sutton has stipulated her drawings may not be published without her permission. Mr. Sutton also requires two copies of work reproduced commercially. Privacy and publicity rights may also apply. The artist's address is:
