Permission is required from the Frederick A. Cook Society to obtain photographic and microfilm copies of images from the collection, including microfilm.

Access: Permitted; subject to P&P policy on serving originals which requires the use of the microfilm surrogate.

Reproduction (photocopying, hand-held camera copying, photoduplication and other forms of copying allowed by "fair use"): Xeroxing is permitted, subject to P&P policy on copying. Hand-held camera copying is restricted as researchers must obtain permission from the Frederick A. Cook Society in order to obtain photographic copies from the Cook Collection.

Publication and other forms of distribution: Restricted. Researchers must obtain permission from the Frederick A. Cook Society in order to obtain photographic copies from the Cook Collection. Permission is also required to borrow or purchase microfilm copy of the collection. Contact:
