Title:

Standing List for Engineering Services

Description:

The U.S. Department of Energy (“DOE”) seeks to develop a standing list of engineering firms
(“Standing List”) in support of DOE’s issuance of loan guarantees under Title XVII of the
Energy Policy Act of 2005, 22 U.S.C. 16511-16514 (“Title XVII”). The Standing List will
include engineering firms that meet the review criteria set forth in Part III of this Invitation and are capable of providing to DOE the types of required services set forth in Section C
“Role of Independent Engineer and Summary of Work Areas.” Engineering firms will be placed
on the Standing List upon execution of an Instrument of Agreement and will become
Engineering Consultants.
