Description: TRAIL includes digitized versions of the National Bureau of Standards (NBS) Monograph Series covering the technical literature on various subjects. These detailed reports, published between 1959 and 1982, include materials data, mathematical functions, time series, diffraction patterns, measurements, standards, methods and much more. Most of the data provided is from direct measurements.
Many reports are available through the Library of Congress Technical Reports and Standards Unit (TRS).
