Containing Malay, English and other western language materials, the database covers Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. Subjects include: archaeology; architecture; arts; business and economics; culture and relgion; education; literature; politics and law; science and technology; and travel and tourism.

Source documents include journals, monographs, journal articles, articles in books and conference papers. Berita can be searched by author, title, subject, keywords, year and language. Sponsored by the Committee on Research Materials on Southeast Asia (CORMOSEA).
