Singapore History Museum  (http://www.nhb.gov.sg/SHM)
The Singapore History Museum traces its history back to 1887 and the Raffles Library and Museum. It is best known for its collections pertaining to the archaeology, ethnology and natural history of Southeast Asia. Its web site contains information about its past and present exhibits as well as publications, events and children's discovery gallery.

The National Heritage Board is dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Singapore's cultural heritage. Formed in 1993, it incorporated the National Archives, the National Museum and the Oral History Department and now coordinates a variety of museums and historical sites in the republic. The site contains a link to the on-line Singapore Philatelic Museum.
