Washington, DC – U. S. Representative Vic Snyder addressed over 100 people on Thursday, June 19, at a conference hosted by the Center for Strategic and International Studies.  Moderated by Frederick Barton, CSIS senior adviser and co-director, the event focused on interagency challenges raised by the report on Provincial Reconstruction Teams published by the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations.

A six-term U.S. Congressman and Chairman of the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, Congressman Snyder advocates strongly for government agency integration to improve national security.  His subcommittee recently focused on ongoing stabilization and reconstruction efforts and future capability requirements.
