Program Description

This program helps eligible IHEs increase their self-sufficiency by providing funds to improve and strengthen the academic quality, institutional management, and fiscal stability of eligible institutions.

Supported projects include: faculty development; funds and administrative management; joint use of facilities; development and improvement of academic programs; and student services.
