This workshop will be conducted by staff of the Center for International Education, Office of Postsecondary Education, U.S. Department of Education. The workshop will cover the guidelines concerning applications for the expected fall 1996 (FY 1997) competition, proposed regulatory changes, and data collection techniques for funded centers. The workshop will also offer suggestions for preparing applications. Dates: April 1-2, 1996.
