The American Citizen Services unit (ACS) units at the U.S. Embassy in Warsaw and the U.S. Consulate General in Krakow offer a range of services to citizens of the United States who are living or traveling in Poland. These services include such routine matters as renewing an expired passport or reporting the birth of a U.S. citizen in Poland. The ACS unit also provides emergency services for distressed American travelers.
