The University of Oulu, in Finland, provides a listing of the Best Indices of Colleges and Universities World-wide. The Education Resources Information Center (ERIC), sponsored by the Institute of Education Sciences (IES) of the U.S. Department of Education, produces the ERIC database, which contains more than 1.2 million citations going back to 1966. More than 100,000 full-text non-journal documents (issued since 1993) are available in .pdf format.
