Prime Minister Gordon Brown said Thursday that troops from
the UK will end their six years of combat operations in
Iraq but will keep a small presence in the country to assist
with training Iraqi naval forces.
Brown made his comments after a meeting in London with
Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and other Iraqi ministers
about investing in the country.
