Yes, you can request WMLCs from Landover via the ILS Call Slip.
In the OPAC, do a title search for "Call Slip Request for WMLC
Serials" this will retrieve a dummy record that can be used to submit
Call Slip requests (much the same as SER uses a dummy record to
request bound newspaper volumes from Landover).  Use the volume and
date fields to give the exact WMLC no., the serial title, and the
volume needed.
