A seagull flies over the California Coastal National Monument which stretches along the entire coast of California and extends 12 miles into the Pacific Ocean.  The Monument includes 20,000 rocks, islands, pinnacles and reefs.

TOUR INFORMATION

Midweek tours of the light station are offered
on Tuesdays and Thursdays.


Meet at the former Piedras Blancas Motel, located 1 /12 miles north
 of the light station, at 9:45 and depart promptly at 10:00.

 Do not wait at the gate to the site!

As of January 2009 the price is $10, children under 16 are free. 

Special arrangements are required for groups of 10 or more.

Saturday tours are offered on the 3rd Saturday of each month.

Reservations are required for a Saturday tour. 

The price is $15 a person, children under 16 are free.
