Summary: This 2006 Center Based Care (CBC) Contract Package has been developed by the New Jersey Division of Family Development (DFD) to standardize program and reporting requirements for all DFD child care contract components. The CBC Program requires families to meet income eligibility requirements and parent co-pays for all components except transportation. Program requirements are described. Lists of acronyms and definitions are included. Contract forms and instructions are also included.
