Summary: This 2007 document presents the final regulations in 34 CFR Part 200, implementing certain provisions of Title I, Part A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, as amended by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, which are designed to help disadvantaged children meet high academic standards. They also amend regulations in 34 CFR part 300, implementing programs for students with disabilities under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The document includes comments made in response to the Title I notice of public rule making published in the Federal Register on December 15, 2005.
