If you are interested in serving as a reviewer for OPE programs, we encourage you to complete our Online Field Reader Registration Form. Your application will be reviewed by OPE staff to determine whether your subject matter expertise matches our needs for the upcoming program competitions.

grants.gov - The single access point for over 1,000 grant programs offered by all Federal grant making agencies.

e-grants - Department of Education electronic grants site including e-application, e-reader, e-payments and e-reporting.

Guide to ED Programs- A concise description of each of the programs that ED administers, identifies who may apply, and gives names, telephone numbers, and e-mail and Web addresses of ED offices to contact for more information.

Grantmaking at ED - A non-technical summary of ED's discretionary grants process (application, review, award, administration, grant closeout, and audit) and the laws and regulations that govern the process.

Discretionary Grant Application Packages - A listing of grant competitions that are currently open and provides links to downloadable application packages, forms, and other information you'll need to apply.

Grants and Contracts Information - Additional information including currently available contract solicitations, a forecast of upcoming contract opportunities, grants policy bulletins, and other information.

Federal Register documents - Notices inviting applications for grant competitions, as well as funding priorities, selection criteria, regulations, and relevant workshops and meetings.

Education Department General and Administrative Regulations (EDGAR) - The administrative requirements for managing projects funded by discretionary grants awarded by ED.

Office of Management and Budget Grants Site - A link to OMB circulars, grants management forms, and grants policy documents.

USA.gov - The U.S. government's official web portal.

Library: Legislation, Regulations, Etc. - A link to the authorizing legislation for OPE programs, program regulations, reports, and other relevant policy information.
