CMS announced in the Federal Register (Vol. 69, No. 150, August 5, 2004 page 47552) that we were dropping restrictions on the payment for Low Osmolarity Contrast Material. Some Carriers have changed their LCDs to reflect that Federal Register announcement but other carriers are waiting for the Transmittal. |
