STATE PLANS FOR ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY

Section 4(d) of the AT Act requires that States submit to the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) an application containing certain descriptions and assurances in order to receive a grant for its Statewide AT Program. Under the authority of 34 CFR section 76.102, RSA is requiring that this application be submitted as a State Plan for Assistive Technology (State Plan for AT). The materials necessary to complete your State Plan for AT are available for download below. These materials include:
