Minority Colleges and Universities

The colleges and universities listed here are those that are historically associated with Hispanic Americans, African Americans, American Indian tribes, and other cultural groups.

Located on the campus of Tuskegee University, The Oaks was built in 1900 for its president, Booker T. Washington. Today, the property is part of the Tuskegee Institute National Historic Site.
