To assist with the PHIN process, CDC assigns staff to work with each State or local public health agency funded through the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Cooperative AgreementThis team can provide assistance with gap analyses, self-assessments, project plans, and sharing promising practices in use in other jurisdictions.PHIN also offers a fully-staffed Help Desk, a first point of contact for all PHIN related inquiries.
