- Late submission of abstracts will be accepted until 15th January 2009!
Reports from TIEMS events in 2008:
- TIEMS Annual Conference in Prague in the Czech Republic 17th - 19th June 2008 was another successful conference of TIEMS with approx 150 participants from 25 countries. The conference report is posted under TIEMS 2008
- 1st TIEMS International Workshop on "Fuel Safety & Disaster Management" in cooperation with Q8 Oil company took successfully place 26th & 27th September 2008 in Hilton, Luxembourg. The report is posted under TIEMS 2008
- 1st TIEMS International Workshop in Cluj-Napoca, Romania on "Environmental Quality and Safety at the beginning of the 21st Century" took successfully place 17th - 19th October 2008 in cooperation with BABES – BOLYAI University and the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations. The report is posted under TIEMS 2008
- 5th TIEMS International Workshop in Croatia, "Dealing with disasters – Any improvement?“, was held in Zagreb, Croatia, 28th & 29th October 2008 in cooperation with Regional Center for Assistance and Disaster Relief, Croatia. The report is posted under TIEMS 2008
- 2nd Workshop in Beijing, China on "Digital Disaster Mitigation and Emergency Management" was held the 8th December 2008 and will be reported soon under TIEMS 2008
- 1st TIEMS International Workshop in Nairobi, Kenya was held 15th - 17th December 2008 on "Alternative Sources of Energy: Potential for Renewable Energy and Biofuels in Africa" in coopeartion with African Academy of Sciences and will be reported soon under TIEMS 2008
