International Genotyping Results 2003 - 2004

Genotype information has been made available for use in tracking transmission of measles genotypes as soon as the data are available. The data are from viruses submitted to the measles strain bank at CDC for genetic characterization or data have been provided from collaborating laboratories and institutes prior to publication of a complete report of the details of the case(s). Therefore, this information should be considered preliminary. An additional reference page is planned for this website that will summarize the published information for each genotype that will be updated as reports are published.
