Important Deadlines

Hotel reservations must be made by Monday, January 21st, 2008.
Please call 1 (800) 525-6651 to make your reservation and indicate that you are with the FoodNet Vision Meeting.  A block of rooms has been reserved for the government rate of $140/night.

Meeting registration must be completed by Friday, February 1st, 2008.

Transportation from Denver International Airport to Curtis Hotel

*Please allow a minimum on 45 minutes for travel between the airport and the hotel.

Reservations:  To make a reservation please go to: http://www.bigskyshuttle.com/  and click on “Make a reservation” on the left land side of the screen.  They recommend that you make your reservation in advance so that you can print an e-ticket.

Price: $18 one-way or $28 round-trip.

Hours of operation:
            Airport Shuttle Service: 3:30AM until Midnight (7 days a week)
            Office Hours: 5:00AM until 10:00PM

Directions: 
From airport to hotel:
Gather your luggage, then exit DOOR 505 on the EAST SIDE or exit DOOR 512 on the WEST SIDE of the terminal on Level 5, then go to ISLAND 3. If one of their vans isn't there when you arrive, one will be there shortly.  They do not have a ticket counter in the terminal; however, if you make an advance reservation on-line or by phone, they will be looking for you.
           
From hotel to airport:
Consult hotel's staff for schedule information or call their office. They will pick up as early as 3:30 AM or as late as 10:00 PM by appointment.

Reservations: A reservation is not necessary when leaving the airport but it is often recommended to save time.  To make a reservation please call (800) BLUE-VAN (258-3826) or visit: http://www.supershuttledenver.com/.  In addition, if you choose this to use this company please click on the tab “How it works” to ensure that you understand how the shuttle service works.

Price: $19 one-way  

Directions for when you land in Denver:  Take the train from the gate areas to the Main Terminal and proceed up the escalators to Level 5 / Baggage claim. Claim your luggage, and then proceed directly to the Super Shuttle counter (open 7:00 a.m. – 11 p.m.) in the middle of the terminal under the Ground Transportation signs. Purchase a ticket and our Guest Service Agents will direct you to the appropriate shuttle loading area on Island 3 of the East or West side of the Terminal.
