Planning, Programs and Project Management Division

FUNCTION:
|
The planning, programs and project management division is responsible for planning, project management, environmental stewardship and general oversight for all district work, including water resources projects, project operation and maintenance, support to other agencies and military projects or programs.
The division:
- Develops and supports the district's civil works annual and multi-year programs and
- develops mission and work requirements, and prepares project schedules and funding needs.
- Through active monitoring of project progress and costs, the division ensures the district meets its project goals.
- Works with the district's project teams to define customer needs and commitments and ensure that the district's products meet customers' expectations;

The planning, programs and project management division is responsible for managing the district's civil works and military programs. Judy DesHarnais, the division chief and the deputy for programs and project management, leads the division.
