MOVIMIENTO POR SU VIDA is a music CD created to help everyone incorporate more movement into their lives. It features six original songs with empowering messages and strong Latin rhythms. A fun reminder that diabetes can be controlled AND prevented by integrating MOVIMIENTO into your life.

MOVIMIENTO, a new musical group, has come together for the first time to produce the MOVIMIENTO CD. Four singers from diverse countries in Latin America, have united to create this unique musical celebration.

Just 30 minutes of moderate physical activity most days of the week, can help to prevent — and control type 2 diabetes.There are many ways to incorporate more movement into your life, even if you start with 10 minutes at a time.There are also many ways to use this musical CD with community groups, individuals, at meetings, in diabetes education programs, and at home.

MOVIMIENTO POR SU VIDA es un disco compacto (cd) de música que tiene seis alegres canciones de ritmo latino, cuyos mensajes positivos animan a los que las escuchan a bailar y a moverse. Es también un alegre recordatorio de que la diabetes puede ser controlada y prevenida, si se incluye el MOVIMIENTO en nuestra vida.

Cuatro jovenes de varios países de Latino América se han unido con el objetivo de formar el nuevo grupo musical; MOVIMIENTO, para realizar la creación de MOVIMIENTO.

30 minutos de actividad física moderada al día, puede ayudarle a prevenir y controlar la diabetes tipo 2. Hay varias maneras de incorporar el MOVIMIENTO en nuestra vida, empiece con solo 10 minutos al día.MOVIMIENTO podrá ser usado, en grupos de la comunidad, en reuniones, en programas de educación de diabetes, y en el hogar con su familia.
