American School Food Service Association. ASFSA provides tools and information to help school foodservice professionals develop and adhere to strict food safety policies and procedures.

Data Resource Center for Child and Adolescent Health. This site allows users to search and display charts and tabular findings from individual survey items as well as child health measures derived from these data sources. The site displays state profiles, rankings, and information for key demographic groups.

Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network. This site provides school food allergy guidelines and a manual on how to manage food allergies in the school environment.

It’s a SNAP! SNAP is a hands-on initiative for middle schools that's designed to help students improve overall health through promoting clean hands.

National Coalition for Food Safe Schools. The coalition is a work group of representatives from a variety of national organizations, associations, and state and government agencies involved in reducing foodborne illness in the U.S. by improving food safety in schools.

National School Boards Association School Health Resource Database. This database contains nearly 3,000 items, including sample policies, articles, and training tools, that address issues facing local school districts related to the health of youth, including food safety

National Environmental Health Association, Food Safety Training Materials Reviews. This site provides reviews of food safety resource and training materials by experienced environmental health professionals. The reviewers look at the resource’s content, quality, and compatibility with the FDA Food Code.
