Circle of Safety
The Circle of Safety is our new consumer education program that results from the continuing need to prevent and reduce accidents.
The FAA views the customer as having rights and responsibilities with regard to safety as well. To inform the flying public of this concept, the agency is introducing a consumer education program called the Circle of Safety that acknowledges the passenger as a partner in an effort to prevent accidents.
