Estimated Available Funds for 84.304A: The Administration’s budget request for FY 2009 does not include funds for this program. However, we are inviting applications to allow enough time to complete the grant process before the end of the current fiscal year, if Congress appropriates funds for this program.

Estimated Average Size of Awards: $1,000,000.
Estimated Number of Awards: 1-2.
Project Period: Up to 36 months.
