	SURVIVOR - PAULA: My worst fear was, when we were on our way to the hospital, I thought then, as we were driving we were not going to make it in time because my breathing kept getting worse by the second. And I was scared that I waited too long.
	HUSBAND OF SURVIVOR - RUBIN: But I will say that its a horrible ordeal to go through because of the speed with which it comes on. And you are not prepared for anything like that. It's hard to even think about it.
	SURVIVOR - TIM: My worst night, after the doctor told my family that it was only a matter of 2 or 3 hours, my boys stayed with me through the night. And each time when my heartrate would go flat, they would holler at me and shake me and say Hey Dad, it's time to come around. And my heartrate would pick back up enough, that at least I'm still here. And that's the only reason that I made it, I believe.
