The CAlifornium Rare Isotope Breeder Upgrade (CARIBU)

On Februry 23, 2005 a proposal was introduced to the Office of Nuclear Physics at the Department of Energy to upgrade the capabilities of ATLAS in the area of physics with rare isotopes.
