Active Children, Active Families brochures
These brochures provide tips for parents to encourage children to be
physically active. They include ideas to make activity part of a daily routine,
use television time wisely, and advocate for neighborhood improvements to
support physical activity.

Healthy Kids. Healthy Families. Physical activity brochures
These Spanish and English brochures were produced by the CDC Division of
Adolescent and School Health. These colorful brochures help parents, teachers,
and principals increase physical activity among elementary and middle
school-aged youth. The brochures offer motivating messages and specific activity
