Directions for Use of PDF Documents
If you need help using the PDF documents that were designed for printing and distribution, please read below.
- All documents found on this site require the use of Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher, which can be downloaded for free at www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
- For best results and picture clarity, print the original draft with a high-resolution (dpi) color printer. If one is not available, go to a professional printshop. You can then bring the disk or have the printshop connect to the Internet and then print the *.pdf file.
- Once the original draft has been printed, you can make copies on a color copier or high-quality black-and-white copy machine. For best results, it is recommended that a professional printshop print both the color and black-and-white copies.
Possible problems
When printing, does the document seem to shrink and not line up properly (especially the brochure)?
If so, once the *.pdf file is open, click on FILE, and highlight PRINT. Once a window pops up, uncheck the box titled, "shrink oversize pages to paper size."
