Selfridge International Guard Base

A biennial event held at the Selfridge Air National Guard Base, the show is a collaboration between military personnel and local civilian communities. The civilian role has increased with each show since 1977, culminating in the 1992 Diamond Jubilee held in celebration of the base's 75th anniversary. The 1992 show received the International Council of Air Shows award for excellence in community relations. The next show will be held July 22 and 23, 2000.
